Private Yoga Sessions

Sessions may be focused on a specific area of interest, or a customised blend of the following practises may be created to support individual and small group needs.

Hatha/Yin Yoga Asana:
Exploring the physical yoga poses as tools to better understand ourselves while improving strength, flexibility, mobility, balance.

Pranayama:
The study of pranayama (prana = energy + yama = control) teaches us techniques to control energy and alter states of being using the breath.

Meditation:
Cultivating emotionally calm, stable states of being and mental clarity by using specific techniques and practises to raise awareness by building a more intimate relationship with ourselves.

Nidra:
The yoga of conscious sleep. Techniques involving systematic relaxation are used to promote conscious sleep states; states in which deep restful healing can occur.

Yoga philosophy:
Introducing key texts and exploring central concepts of the yogic tradition.
